Our technician, Juan, was courteous and helpful. He didn’t try to upsell us on any unnecessary products and was very informative in explaining what we needed to fix and why. Cannot recommend Juan enough!

Met my expectations, great service, competent and courteous staff. Tyler stayed until all issues were resolved. Only issue is I am not able to connect my phone using the myQ app with the garage door opener. I'm following all the instructions and I'm fairly computer literate but it is not working... Would appreciate if someone could gave me a call to help me out.
