My garage door would not open at all. I was very pleased to be able to have a technician come out the next day after I called. The technician was professional , explained the problem and the different repair options and costs. I chose an option and he repaired my garage door. I was very satisfied withe results. I would use Precision Door again.

Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Garcia, our technician. He repaired the damage to our track, did a complete inspection of the equipment and educated us on all aspects of maintenance. He even showed me how to use an app on my phone to open the door! Precision is lucky to have him! Will definitely call Precision again!

The representative failed to put the roller back on the track. So, nothing was done. My problem was left unresolved. Horrible service!!!

Ed gave us a courtesy call to advise that he was in route and he arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. We were torn between repairing or replacing our door to which he gave us his professional advice. So we decided to replace our garage door and opener. The quick response and BBB rating were an added bonus. Can’t wait until the intstall.

Our technician, Juan, was courteous and helpful. He didn’t try to upsell us on any unnecessary products and was very informative in explaining what we needed to fix and why. Cannot recommend Juan enough!

Only issue is I am not able to connect my phone using the myQ app with the garage door opener. I'm following all the instructions and I'm fairly computer literate but it is not working... Hello Precision Team, We called yesterday to make an appointment for tune-up and inspection and replacement of rollers. Andres Garcia arrived on time, was very professional and made me feel like part of his family. He also explained the entire process as he worked.
