I have enjoyed every minute of my experience with Precision Garage Door Service from ordering to installing. Winfield was great and we picked out the perfect door for my home. Craig installed it yesterday and I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Could be better if they do good with scheduling, had a 8-12 appointment window, and Craig showed up around 3:30pm after he got my ticket at last minute, I appreciate you Craig coming out and installed the door. I would recommend anyone looking for doors to Precision Garage Door. Wish I could give a 10 star rating…

Brandon the installation technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The instillation went in quickly and the garage doors are now quieter than before. I was pleasantly surprised when Winfield first explained everything that we will be getting to see that the color he suggested Perfectly matched the front of the house. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because we ordered insulation and paid the upgraded amount and NO One called to say that they will make this right. This is also being that Brandon called to tell them of their mistake. Now today is a holiday and the doors were installed the Friday before, so I will give them time to make this right.

I left a request on the site. Within 15min someone called to schedule a visit. I was able to get same day service. The tech (Victor M.) Was at my door right when he said he would be. He didn't try to up sell. Just told me what he recommended I need and the choice was mine. Service complete and very satisfied.

The quote that was discussed with you before any work was started, included 2 springs, an extension cable set, a safety cable set, a pulley and came with a 3 year warranty on parts with 1 year on labor. Also, our springs are not builder grade springs, they are heavy duty, high cycle springs which are better quality. Dustin is a great technician and has been servicing garage doors for several years so he is able to perform his job faster than someone who is newer in the industry. Roy came on time first thing this morning. My two doors had not been serviced since installation nine years ago. He looked over both doors, showed me the defects and explained what needed to be replaced. I decided to have both doors completely serviced. Roy started immediately and completed the job in a reasonable time. He was very thorough, neat and polite. I could not have asked for a better serviceman.

Our tech, Joe, came out on time (actually called and could come earlier which was great). Since we are in the middle of COVID 19 he was definitely following good social distancing, wearing gloves and a face covering etc. He fixed our wiring problem quickly and even gave me a run down of the things that should be next on our list to complete. Very courteous and very professional. Definitely pleased with this company.

Had garage repairs done today and had a good experience. My technician was Brandon Seligman an he was very professional, on-time and took the time to explain to me what I needed and why without making me feel as though I was being pressured into getting something that I didn't need. Absolutely love how quiet my new belt drive garage door open is! Vince came after I had scheduled online the night before and provided me with options he could install. After going over the options and making a decision, Vince began swapping out my old, noisy opener with the new opener from LiftMaster. Install didn’t take very long, and once it was complete, Vince worked with me to connect the opener to my wifi and MyQ app. We did have to troubleshoot the closing a little, but that wound up being resolved with some additional bracing to the garage door rails. I appreciate how thorough and thoughtful Vince was in explaining everything to me and making sure he didn’t leave until the door was 100% working! Thanks, and Go Bills!
