Precision was able to respond and make repairs ahead of the scheduled appointment time. Mr. Scheiern seemed very knowlegable, efficiently stayed on task, and offered numerous helpful maintenance tips. I highly recommend them based on my initial experience.

I was please as usual for the service. I think part prices were high but after Mark showed me difference in quality of parts he replaced with your parts, I can see why cost was much higher. I had Mark replace every thing he could possibly replace and he said the only reason to come back was if I ran into the door. I have spend a lot of money with Precision and I hope there is no reason for any problems unless some adjustments. I have recommended your company to many of my neihbors...Again, Thanks

We have used a prior company and felt we got ripped off.We called Precision and used them three times already.We had Tim, Mark,and Chris three different times for three different service calls. All the techs were very professional. I am plaesed with the services we received, which was done professionaly, along with the quality of the product and waranty given.
