After damage to one of our doors, we were forced to buy two new doors...I always get 2-3 estimates for purchases/work...I was impressed with everyone I encountered at Precision (Tina Bullock, Orion Smith & Fred Griffin) and so chose Precision...Of course, I would have preferred not to have to make the purchase, but now that the doors are installed, I am elated!!.Fred did a jam-up job and I, probably slowing him down, enjoyed chatting with him and watching his work.

There were some minor mishaps when my doors were initially installed. When the correct panels came in the young man Fred, completed the service. Fred did an awesome job! I am so very, very, please with the service Tim did on my garage door opener. It had NOT been installed correctly by another company. It took him some time to correct the problem. His work was done methodically and he explained every step he took and why he was making the correction. The opener looks neater and works fine! Thanks Tim for a job WELL DONE!

I have used Precision in the past but was not pleased with this service on my repair on 10/17/18. First of all the repairman overcharged me for the parts, replaced 4 hinges billed me for 5. Misrepresented your "Fall Free Service for any Repair". My complaint for this issue was escalated to a Manager,Alison, who did not see a bill deal n all that had transpired just for an over billing $25 and that her repairman Tom, had made an honest mistake. Bad customer service and a very bad experience. Will not use again!!!!

We thoroughly reviewed the situation and spoke with the technician, who has just recently started working with our company, however, has years of experience in the industry. We accept responsibility in that he was not brought up to speed on the brand new "Fall" promotion of waiving the service call fee with any repair. The technician did replace five hinges, and intended to only charge you for four. He had to enter 5 hinges into the system in order to account for his stock on his truck, but honestly forgot to change the pricing total to reflect 4 hinges instead of 5. This was not an intentional act, but simply human error. Our company strives for 100% customer satisfaction which is reflected in over 5000 Positive "5 Star" reviews. We have refunded your entire service call charge, and hope you find this a satisfactory outcome.

We were certainly pleased with the professional service provided by our technician, Roy. He arrived promptly, listened to our problems and was very courteous and knowledgeable in his replies to our questions and concerns. He worked efficiently in installing a new garage door opener and made sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. I had thought of calling another company originally, but I am so glad I chose Precision instead. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
