Quite impressive. Chase arrived 30mins of calling me and was able to complete the work within a two hour time frame of installing a new garage door opener. He was professional and courteous, and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Definitely worth a 5 star rating. Also recommended battery pack and surge protector which I will definitely purchase at a later time.

Thank you Precision Door for sending out Chase yesterday. He was professional, efficient, on time (also called ahead) and answered every question that I asked (there were many), as well as explained the process as to how/why my garage door springs broke. I live in a townhouse and this is the first time I have run into a problem with my garage door after 9 years. Chase educated me (which I appreciated) on how garage door wears over time. I could see the difference immediately! I can tell that he loves what he does and in this day and time that is a plus in my book! Thanks Chase for loving what you do and making my door problem go away.
