Just had a 'tune up' for my garage door which is 7 years old and was very noisy. The service rep was prompt and thorough. He explained and showed me what would be needed, without pressuring me into replacing parts before it was really necessary. I will definitely engage Precision again.

Thank you Precision Door for sending out Chase yesterday. He was professional, efficient, on time (also called ahead) and answered every question that I asked (there were many), as well as explained the process as to how/why my garage door springs broke. I live in a townhouse and this is the first time I have run into a problem with my garage door after 9 years. Chase educated me (which I appreciated) on how garage door wears over time. I could see the difference immediately! I can tell that he loves what he does and in this day and time that is a plus in my book! Thanks Chase for loving what you do and making my door problem go away.
