I actually called another Garage door company before calling Precision. The other company gave me the feeling that all they were interested in doing was selling me the most expensive thing they had. I sent them on their way packing and called Precision. The technician Bryce Diesz was interested in getting me back up and working without killing my checkbook. If you are out there and need someone to trust... I believe this company is one you can trust. I still spent more than I wanted but it was half the cost of the first guy that showed up. I definitely will rely on them in the future.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because I used them to install an operator in my previous home. They did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased with their workmanship. Today, two garage door openers were installed in my current home. I can't remember the technician's name. He was awesome, he explained everything to me in detail. He also pointed out the flaws of the original installer and recommended corrective action to take. All in all, He was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Give that man a promotion, raise or something. Please!!!

I called this morning because my door quit opening. I was so surprised at how fast someone came out. Derek Skaggs came out and he was professional, friendly and informative. I actually went by the reviews for Precision. And now I know why you have excellent reviews. Your Tech was amazing. Professional, Made a review of the problems I had with both garage doors. He explained several options and explained all of them step by step and what needed to be done to fix it. No if or but. I chose what was the right choice at the time for me. After it was done he explained all in detail how to use my remote controls to even the type of light bulb needed for the two new Door Openers. Very knowledgeable in his work. I recommend your employee for an awesome work delivered the same day. I am so thrilled at the final work at100 percent satisfied with your company and your employees that do the actual work in a quick and clean manner.

Had problems with my garage door closing this morning. Called Precision who I’ve used before. Roy Thomas arrived before my scheduled time, diagnosed the problem. He installed a new door opener and even did a couple minor tune ups on my door. The door works great and Roy was very professional in his work.

The doors are beautiful. They give a whole new feel to the garage and beautiful look to our home. Joseph is to commended for his customer service skills. There are people who come and install an item, however it is the ones that treat the customer as a true customer. They take the time to insure that all is well with installation and operation of the door.
