I needed the torsion spring replaced on our garage, and did some internet research and saw the Precision Garage website. I saw the acknowledgements, read the reviews, and gave a call. My appointment was the very next day, and the positive response from others is what I experienced. Jeremiah was the technician that made the repairs, no pressure sales or any gimmick for more money. Needed new springs for for our 25 yr old wooden garage doors. Technician was very efficient and called us to let us know he was on the way. Was equipped and stocked to handle converting system to torsion conversion system from old stretched out springs. Replaced all old rollers also. Doors are so quiet now and close and open perfectly. Good Job.

I will start by saying the tech, Chasen was phenomenal! Very professional and walked me through the process of how the pricing worked. I specifically chose Precision because of the great scores online. My garage door came off the hinges and the railings were bent. Chasen was able to repair my door by adding two new springs and fixing the bent railings. He even gave my existing door a good lube down and tune up after completion. Overall, this was a great experience I will definitely choose to use Precision again. I just hope it is not in the near future! ????

This is the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Ed my service tech took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately stated “I will take care of you” his comment melted my heart because I’ve had such a tough month thus far. When he arrived he had the biggest smile on his face and he made me laugh. There is so much I can say about Ed, please know that you have one awesome man on your team.

Had the spring go bad on one of my doors. Called and received a quote. The technician came out and quoted a different price. I called in and they corrected the price and included a second door at an excellent price. Both doors were repaired and the work was done efficiently and quick. Overall a great experience.
