Tech was polite and very respectful. We needed new springs and center bearing. Cost felt really high but I don't know anything about garage doors or how much it should cost to fix the issue I was having. As long as it doesn't break again I'm happy.

After looking at their website I knew pretty much what I wanted, so when Tim came we discussed the options and price in no time. The door was installed 2 days later without a hitch. Second time Precisiin has re-built a section of a very expensive door due to rot. Perfect job on both occasions. I have and continue to also use them for all maintenance and replacement issues. Amazing Service! Shawn came out right at the start of the quoted time. We received a courtesy call before hand so that we had time to put our dog away. He was very thorough and professional. Turns out we had other issues than just the spring breaking, and Shawn went through each repair needed and really gave a fair quote. He was quick and done in less than 2 hours. The door works much smoother and is so quiet you don't even realize it is opening. I highly recommend him!

Called at 9:30am and had a technician at my house by noon! He was friendly and got right to work assessing the broken spring. He explained what needed to be done, and why, which is always important to me. Work was completed quickly and I was back to work with a repaired door in no time. Customer service in scheduling the appointment was great; reps were friendly and patient and talked through various offers in the coupons we received in the mail. Sean was very polite and patient while I walked through pricing with my husband and then he took over and talked through it as well. Service was completed within an hour. Shaun was very punctual, actually early. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Greased the chain drive because it needed it not because it was a way to charge more. Very satisfied and would definitely use again.
