Great experience! Shannon, our tech, was professional, informative, friendly, and courteous. Assessed the problem quickly and repaired the garage opener. He offered some suggestions which was very much appreciated. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Precision to others, and will call them again when needed.

Broken Garage Door Cable on overhead door, called Precision Garage Door Service & Ryan came out & assessed the damage & replaced all the broken equipment & finished in about an hour! The overhead door now works perfectly & I am so pleased with the results!

We are very satisfied with the service and performance of the technician Ed, that came out to our soon to be new dream home! We have a 3 car garage that needed to be inspected and also looked at our other 4 car garage to make sure everything was okay. Ed knew his job very well and answered every question I had or concern. Very upbeat personality and you can tell he loves his job. We are very impressed by his work. Ed took care of us and installed 3 new motors and made sure they were working properly before the job

Technician was professional, respectful, and friendly. He listened to my problems, offered options, gave an estimate. Completed work which included garage door repair and installing a new garage door opener. He took time to explain in detail how it all worked. The charge matched the estimate exactly. Mr. Davis arrive during time he was supposed to, I spoke to him about problems with door. He inspected the door and found several potential problems. He advised the repair to opener would be about the same as new one. He replaced the opener, springs,end bearings and safety eyes and rewired with all new wires. Showed my wife and I about operation and told us of lifetime warranty on opener and other warranty on springs and other parts. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about door operation and repair.
