When I contacted Precision the lady I spoke with was very helpful in setting up an appointment time that was convenient for me. I received a confirmation e-mail with information about my technician and others that might come instead of the one assigned. I received a phone call about 15 minutes before the technician arrived. Chris, my technician, was friendly and answered all my many questions. He showed me the broken part and explained how it was making the opener not work correctly. He had the parts needed to fix the opener on his truck so there was no down time waiting on parts. Chris gave me advise on keeping the garage door and opener operating smoothly. I will use Precision again for problems I have with my garage door opener.
