The service technician, Mr Travis Plemmons arrived to my house on time, very professional, knowledgable and really know his job. He wasted no time in fixing my garage doors and both doors are working like new. Moreover I am able to pack my car in the garage. I ordered custom garage doors rustic style. Travis helped me to find the product I wanted and stayed in touch with me from the time of purchase through the installation. Travis provided an excellent customer care relationship with me since it took a while to custom make my doors. He did a fantastic job with the installation all by himself. A Lift Master with battery back up Travis installed as well. Everything turned out the way I imagined in my dreams. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door company for everybody and give them a double 5 star rating.

Reliability and a degree of professionalism is important to me when I do business. I found your company to be just that. Had the garage doors inspected, serviced, and new rollers put on. James Hutchins did the job, and he was courteous, friendly,and efficient doing the job. He listened to my concerns and addressed them, and gave me an honest assessment of what was or was not needed. He even arrived a little early after calling to be sure that was okay with me. Such a nice touch, that simple act of courtesy, yet one that carries a lot of weight for me. The garage doors sound much better, quieter, and James also adjusted one to close more evenly and closer to the ground. I was impressed by his work ethic and professional yet friendly demeanor. I will be using this company for any garage door needs from now on, and recommend them highly. Thank you for doing a great job and being customer oriented!
