On 8/26, my car was trapped I the garage because of a faulty spring system. I called Precision Garage Door and they sent Mr Joe. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. He came about 2:30 and he was done by 3:40 pm. Will definitely use them again! Mr Joe made and bad experience an awesome experience! Thank Mr Joe and Precision Garage Door!
