This is our third time using Precision and we have been happy every time. They call ahead to let us know they are coming and they are always on time. We have had Sean each time and I really appreciate his time to make sure our vehicles are also connected properly and that each door is balanced and safe each time. Today we needed a new one and we have purchased one with the MyIQ. I move it already.

I teach a course for MBA students on how to run a service business. Excellent service quality is the key to success. Comparing Precision's service performance to all rating criteria, they are five star! From the sales professional who quoted the job to scheduler and the door installer, I always knew what to expect next and I was stunned by their professionalism and honesty. The two single doors were installed start to finish in only three hours including removal of the old door. Best of all we love the new doors both appearance and how they work. These were a great asset improvement to our property value!

I contacted Precision Door Co. after seeing an ad. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the service tech. He was willing to fix an old door opener but gave estimates for repairs and replacement. Wow, what a difference. We went with a new opener and so very pleased!

We returned from a few days out of town to find our garage door would not open. Unfortunately it was after hours and I had to leave to go out of town early the next morning. The call center made an appointment which was confirmed the next morning by the service professional. The problem was in the equipment. The service professional arrived on schedule, fixed the problem and reset the openers. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and effective. My wife was extremely pleased with the service. I too am grateful to get five star service especially when I was out of town, bad weather was coming, and I was more than a bit panicked!
