Sean Scheiern performed the repair. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He educated me on the problem, made recommendations for the repair, and informed me of some other problems they would need to be addressed fairly soon if they were not done during the repair of the torsion spring. I went with his recommendations and my garage door is quieter than it has ever been. I am pleased with the service that I received. Great job by a good worker at a good company...I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the Atlanta area!

This was definitely a 5 star visit. I had a broken garage door spring and called another well-know company. I was told the service manager would have to call me back later in the day. I had to call them back, only to find out it would be two days before someone could come for a late afternoon appointment. When I called Precision, the person who answered the phone had me scheduled right away for the next afternoon at the time I needed. The technician, Sean, arrived early and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and answered all of my questions. He not only repaired the springs and rollers, but checked and tightened every nut and bolt on my door. He lubber the rollers, springs, and even the opener, which had nothing to do with his repair. He went above and beyond in every way. My door operates better, and more quietly, than it did before. When I get ready to replace my old wooden door, you can bet I'll call Precision!

Tech came out within hours of my calling them. I knew I wanted to replace my garage opener, as it was 42 years old and giving us lots of problems, so the tech provided an amazing unit that is quieter than any door I've ever seen! Kevin Shelton was my install tech. He arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. We had a real good time during the install. Both of my wooden & glass garage doors had been hit with the car at one time or another. I had them reinforced to keep them working. I just wanted to get rid of the glass, as I don't like people being able to see into my garage. The solid steel doors are wonderful and quite. It has just taken some time to get used to the darkness in the garage due to no windows, but I feel much safer. Precision doors will always be my choice for any work or repairs. I was very impressed with everything and what I thought was going to be a real nightmare, Kevin installed my new doors and the whole thing was totally painless. You guys come very highly recommended from me. Thank you for the awesome service.

Installation window of four hours is not ideal. My appt was from 12-4pm on a Saturday. I waited all afternoon only together a call at 3:45pm from the technician saying he had spent the last hour fixing a flat tire and that he was still an hour away, so he would not make the 4 hour window. My issue was that he could have called earlier and gave me back my afternoon. Rescheduled and new door was installed by professional alternate technician. Only issue is that outside trim replacement didn't cover previous trim, so I will have to paint myself.

I agree that we should have notified you immediately when we experienced mechanical problems beyond our control. A phone call by our tech could have spared you waiting around your home. It is our standard operating procedures to call ahead, and I can only assume the frustration of a flat tire on a heavy truck full of new and old doors probably came into play. Again, its not an excuse on our part. We did review the situation with staff to make sure it does not happen again. I hope you accept my apologizes. Tim Yeager Owner

I was very satisfied with the service. They were able to schedule the repair call within 24 hours and evening hours were available. There was no pressure to purchase any service that wasn't actually needed. The technician was very professional and offered several different solutions. I will definitely call again.
