I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs. First, they are fast. I called a Saturday morning and they had someone to my house by 11am. Second, the technicians are intelligent and fast. Marcus was able to quickly assess what the issue was and then fix it. Third, they don't try to sell you more than you need.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service because they were listed on Angie's List, had a "near perfect" rating, provided same day service, and gave good discounts. We chose the discount of "no service call charge." Our technician called before arriving, was on time, repaired two garage doors that were both long overdue to be serviced, discussed with us and showed us what he would be doing, and did excellent work. He was professional, courteous, and polite, and we would recommend him and Precision Door Service to our family, friends, and neighbors.

I didn't look any further once I saw your rating of service online. I scheduled an appt that following day, and was greeted by Marcus, your tech. We had a spring in the roller of our garage door that broke, and had to manually open and close the door. Marcus explained the repairs and how long it would take. Overall I am extremely pleased with my repairs, pricing of service and prompt scheduling that was convenient for me.
