Very happy with the new garage doors and the price. However, the installer pinched a wire to the door opener and it wouldn't operate properly. He said it was a problem with the opener and I would need a new one. Had a different company come out and rewire it, old opener works fine now.

I am sorry for the issue you had and the apparent bad information you were given. I wish you would have called and given us an opportunity to send out a repair technician to evaluate the problem. We obviously would have been happy to do this. We needed to replace two garage doors and I did a lot of research reading reviews on several trusted websites before choosing Precision Door. Ryan Frank, our sales consultant, was very friendly and and was able to narrow down two door styles based on our "wish list". What really impressed my husband and I during the consult was when Ryan showed us a price list for different options we were considering. We were able to customized the doors and stay in budget. A week later our doors were ready and to our surprise Ryan was here to install. He did a fantastic job and we couldn't have had a better experience with Precision Door!
