Precision Door came out to my home and repaired my garage door. The technician was Very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He took in consideration through the garage is my dad’s only way out the house due to him being wheelchair bound. He explained himself and the process very well, and about other products they have but in term of what’s needed and not needed- he didn’t try to over charge me. I felt very blessed for the technician they sent out and to have called them. Thank you guys so much, blessings over the company and technicians.

Jeremy was great! He was punctual and courteous, and after I told him my problems, he explained my options. I was very impressed. He got my garage door working again and he even oiled the rollers since he heard them squeaking. I just want to say the service was Great!! I got a quick response to my call (about 2 hours). The technician was very professional, and he was thorough in his explanation of my options to repair my door. The technician repaired my door in about an hour, and he tested all of the moving parts to insure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Precision to any of my friends or family.

My garage door came off track and I talked to Juan initially, but Andre came out to fix my problem. Andre put the garage back on track and provided a tuneup. I chose Precision because of my salesman. I don’t remember his name but he took the time with me and explained the process thoroughly. I had a competitor come in and was very disappointed I think you need to congratulate or excel this sales person As for installation the name starts with a C. I have never seen such a hard worker. He took over the process with great attitude and even helped me set up apps on my phone. Great experience. Both sales and installation people need to be promoted Very much would recommend Precision
