when our garage door rollers went off their track I Googled Garage Door Repair and was instantly drawn to "Same Day Service" at Precision.Our door was stuck open and it was late afternoon. I called and explained our plight, soon Tech Brandon called to say he was on the way, he was very personable, professional, and helpful and got the malfunctioning door to close.We appreciate Precision's and Brandon's help. we will order new door soon.

I contacted Precision on a weekend and a service technician was scheduled to come on out Monday. Travis Plemmons arrived before time and provided me with the best information regarding my garage door unit, which I thought, only needed to be repaired but essentially, needed to be replaced. He had all the equipment he needed on his truck and in less than an hour, I had a brand new garage door opener and two remotes. Travis was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of his prodcut. I would definately recommend Precision to anyone seeking a new garage door or in need of garage door service or repairs.

Great service! The repairman not only replaced both of our garage door springs, but lubed all the rollers, etc. and made sure that all of the nuts were tight on the door itself. He also adjusted the height of the open door. And all in about an hour. The door works so much better than before!

My technician name was Travis. He called 30 min.in advance. He did very good. In half an hour the repair was done. He lubricate the springs and rollers. He made some valuable coments about what needs to be done and why. I could not do everything but in the future I would consider Precision to do the job. Thank you!
