Precision installed my double automatic garage door opener today. The customer service from scheduling to installation was exceptionally great. The technician, Ryan Hudson, was kind, courteous, prompt, and extremely professional. Mr. Hudson was knowledgeable of the system we previously had and knew exactly what to recommend to meet our needs. The installation was complete within less of the time Mr. Hudson initially advised. He was clean / neat, made sure the mobile app was installed on my phone and working properly prior to him leaving. I receive excellent service today December 28th 2021. Carlos he did a great job on fixing my garage door he quoted me two hours but he was done in 35 min and the door works perfectly. The Secretary of whom I spoke to when I called for service she was great to, great personality, great spirit. If I need to I will be calling them back if I ever need service again.

Once again, Precision came to my rescue! A spring broke on one of my garage doors on Monday. Called Precision and got a technician appointment for Tuesday. Technician, Ryan Hudson, arrived and reviewed the situation. It was a pleasure to see Ryan again after he had replaced the garage door openers in 2018 when one of the units failed. Ryan took time to explain the issue with replacing the springs and supplied an alternative solution. I agreed to the solution and within one hour he had both doors completed! Highly recommend Precision because of their promptness in answering the phone, scheduling a technician and the professional service provided by Ryan. Thank you, Ryan!

My experience with Precision was the best from the estimate to the installation. Jason D. came to give me the estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted, knew what was in stock and helped me select a beautiful door. George P. and Ryan A. came to do the installation. Both again were very knowledgeable and professional, they dismantled my very old and heavy door and had the new one installed perfectly! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I tell my Precision experience and show pictures of the before and after to anyone that will listen. I will certainly recommend Precision!!
