Mike, from Precision did an outstanding job on realigning my 3-car garage doors. He also removed the molding on the sides and moved it down to made sure their were no gaps at the bottom of the doors to make sure mice and snakes cannot get into the garage. Mike, the technician, was professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Mike and I will definitely add you in our newsletter so if anyone else needs a repair done, you are the company to use.

The two people that installed my garage door did a excellant job. They a removed the old door and hardware and replaced it with a new door and hardware in a short period of time. I am ready to show it off. You can hardly hear it operate. Thanks George

Tommy was professional and courteous, and he worked quickly. He was there when he said he would be, and he gave me options without a hard-sell. I mean, my garage door opens and closes now, so I'd say I'm happy with the work. The only things that would have made it 5 stars instead of 4 are: 1) I would have liked a "same-day" appointment like it advertised on the web site, and 2) Tommy noticed some other things that needed replacing while he was doing his inspection, and those repairs (if I had opted to have them done) drove the price up by more than 4 times the original price quoted. If changing the springs had only been an extra $100 or so, I would have opted to have that done, as well. I thought an extra $300 was a lot of money to ask to change out the springs and pulleys since he was already out there replacing the lift cords.

*****! New garage door opener: Liftmaster belt drive with battery backup and mobile access. Moved into a new house that had a Liftmaster base model chain drive. My last three houses were all upgraded to the belt drive and I was very satisfied with all. Technician was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. He completed the job in good time and cleaned up after himself.

I purchased a double garage door, the rails, and the opener from Precision and beyond the good price they gave me the product was great and the garage door upgraded the look of my home. There was a problem with the opener after 1-1/2 years and they were right there to repair/replace. They are the best!!!

Back in 2012, replacement of an old wooden garage door was done by Precision. Over the weekend, the spring broke. Called on Saturday, and tech Dustin was here on Monday morning. Great customer service! Dustin had the job completed in no time! He's a great tech with a wonderful personality! He answered all my questions, and explained exactly what needed to be done. We had 2 doors + openers replaced and are very pleased with our experience with Precision Door Service. We considered multiple companies to replace our 2 doors and openers and are so glad that we chose Precision; from the initial on-site visit, answering follow up questions and scheduling the install, the confirmation from the office, all the way through the installation, we were given top quality service. Thank you Orion for the initial consultation and patiently answering all our questions, thank you Rick for a fantastic install! Honestly I'm stunned at our new doors... I keep going back into the garage just to admire them, and- not kidding- I genuinely look forward to each time I get to open/close them.
