Shaun came out to our house and provided a thorough diagnosis of the potential causes to our malfunctioning garage door. He provided us with information to make the best decision on what to do and then and quickly performed the necessary repairs. He was extremely professional with excellent customer relations skills. Very pleased with the work Travis did on our garage door. He was on time, pleasant, and took the time to show me what the problem was and how to open it if it jammed. I had a repair done last April with new sensors put in, then called them in August for an issue which they responded to promptly and repaired; and this time they came out and fixed the mount which had bent on the top of the door. Travis knew exactly what to do and did it complimentary! I am so impressed with Precision and when the time comes for a new door, I can trust Precision to do the job well. Wonderful group of people.

I had my springs replaced a few months back by Performance after one had broken. Several months later I was under the impression that the springs were wound too tight because my door would jump a little when first going down. I called to report this issue and was given an appt the very next day. Mike showed up on time and was very courteous to my wife. He called me at work to let me know that in fact the door was balanced very well and explained why the door jumped a little when closing. There was no charge for this visit. Five stars for this company and they will get all my future business as well as word of mouth referrals!! You can really trust these folks!

We called Precision for an estimate on replacing a very noisy garage door opener. The appt time was noon, but they were there by 11 a.m. The estimate and price were very good and we were even able to have the opener installed right there on the spot. We just wish there were more companies that provided this level of service. You can't go wrong with this company. It is definitely a 5-star company.
