It's hard to get excited about having a service tech come to your house to fix a broken garage door. However, if you are stuck in that situation, I recommend you call Precision and ask them to send Guido to your house. He is very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

Same day service and done within 1/2 hour. The 2 service men were very friendly and quick. I would recommend them to anyone. Both springs broke and a cable snapped with no warning yesterday. I called this morning and they were here by 4. Awesome!

Mark replaced our garage door openers a month or two ago. He also installed a wireless keypad outside the door. As I attempted to use the wireless keypad in the dark, I realized it did not light the keys. I called your office and was told that it should light up so they scheduled a technician to repair/replace it. On the scheduled morning of the visit, Nick called and told me that the Precision 800 keypad would not light up the keys. He said the only wireless keypad that would work is a Clicker from Home Depot. I am disappointed that the keypad does not light when I try to use it in the dark. I paid $800 for these openers and I am disappointed with this missing feature.

I choose Precision after researching the internet and Precision had great reviews. Our springs were broken but Mark also gave us a new (quiet!) opener. Mark explained everything he was replacing, was very professional and arrived promptly when he said he would. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Precision.
