Great customer service. We called and, they came out the next morning at 10am. Our technician called to let us know he was on the way and gave us an ETA of 30 minutes. He arrived on time and inspected our door issues. He gave us an estimate for 2 repair options. We choose the option that we felt was the best solution. He got to work on the repair immediately. Job took about 30 minutes and we were very happy with the quality of the service and product. We would definitely recommend this company.

Great service and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them to everybody! O’ryan was the gentleman who came out for the estimate. He talked through everything with me and made it an easy process. I had to switch my install time and Carlos got me switched and offered additional times after I rescheduled just to see if another time fit my schedule better. The guys who did the instal were quick and called me before they arrived. Great experience!! Overall 10/10.

Our Technician (Roy) was friendly, professional and very helpful - called ahead and arrived on time. He gave us multiple options and explained each option, materials to be installed, prices and corresponding warranties in detail. Technician called to let me know he was on the way. Joe arrived as promised and explained the difference in models. I choose the one that best suited our needs. Joe immediately went to work installing the new opener and keypad. Did a basic maintenance package that was offered for an additional cost. Joe explained all features and made sure I knew how everything worked. He also explained their warranty in case of any issues. From start to finish Joe completed the installation and removed the old unit in a reasonable amount of time. Very professional and excellent customer service by the technician. Cost was a bit higher than I expected but, unit is obviously a higher quality product than the standard lower cost and quality unit we previously had. We’re very satisfied with both the opener and service.

I was in desperate to have my garage door repaired, thankfully I called the folks and Precision . They set up an appointment for 4:00 that afternoon . Brandon called me and told me he could be at my house in 15 minutes . When he got there he told me he could have it fixed in 45 minutes or sooner and boy did he . He was a very pleasant man and knew his business ! In 30 minutes he had my door working perfectly . I can't say enough about the great service Precision and Brandon did for me that day !! Replaced our 27-year old Liftmaster openers with new belt drive Liftmasters. Justin our technician did a great job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He arrived on time, installed our replacement openers quickly, and helped to set up the MyQ app for us. We chose Precision because of its good reviews and its high ratings from services such as Trust Dale and Angie’s List.

Yes, I called Precision Door Service to give my garage door a check-up. It also had a chewed hole in one corner of the seal at the bottom. I had used Precision Door before for new rollers. I give them 5 stars, I trust them! If and when I need a new door I will call Precision. Dustin Ridge was the technician who came from Precision Door, Justin answered every question I had and checked every movable part on the door. He sprayed all the moving parts and told me it all was working great. I am thoroughly pleased with there service and highly recommend them.

I had Dustin come to my house for a quote on a new motor for my garage door and he explained and showed me why I also needed to replace the springs and bearings and what came with the motor. He was very professional and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. I decided to have the work done and he got it all done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. He helped me set up the WiFi app and get it programmed. I would recommend both the company and Dustin and I’m very happy with the product, the warranty and the upgrade on my garage door.
