Ronnie called ahead and was within the time frame for the appointment. He took just a few minutes to prepare an estimate then then proposed the options to me. He, both the tech and the trainee, answered any questions that I had and explained the benefits of completing the work as suggested. The work was then performed in a timely. Both were very courteous and represented Precision Door very well!

I called Precision Friday evening to come review a repair at my home. The cable on one of our garage doors broke. Precision was able to come out the next day. Precision sent Chase to our home who was incredibly professional, on-time, and explained everything he was going to repair. After completing the job, he walked through each repair that was undertaken. I am very pleased with the service I received and we'll be using precision again to undertake some preventative maintenance on our other door.

FIVE STARS!!! Amazing customer service in a time when few do it well...if at all. I will absolutely recommend Precision and use them again. Here are the facts (1) They offered me a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT, (2) THEY WERE EARLY; (3) the technician was CLEAN and WELL-SPOKEN; (4) job was COMPLETED beyond my expectation and FASTER THAN I EXPECTED; and (5) they STAYED AND HELPED my wife and I set up our phone apps, ensured I knew exactly how to operate EVERYTHING.
