Brandon L. was out, and whomever had initially installed the the door did such a horrible job! He was so kind, and did the best job. I love my new door, and could not be happier with his service. We chose Precision Garage Door Service because they were listed on Angie's List, had a "near perfect" rating, provided same day service, and gave good discounts. We chose the discount of "no service call charge." Our technician called before arriving, was on time, repaired two garage doors that were both long overdue to be serviced, discussed with us and showed us what he would be doing, and did excellent work. He was professional, courteous, and polite, and we would recommend him and Precision Door Service to our family, friends, and neighbors.

Cody explained everything very well and fixed the door great. As well as offered advice on servicing new motor, drums and end brackets with time frames which means a lot since financially we have been hurting recently. What a great experience in a bad situation! My garage door got jammed and would not open. Found Precision on the web and called them right away. they we super friendly and flexible with my busy schedule. David came right out exactly at the time requested. The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the door springs. He checked everything and gave three different quotes. I got the cheapest one which gave me 1 year warranty. He made the job very quickly and so far the garage door is working very well.
