I was very pleased with Lynn and the obvious sincerity she felt about her responsibilities. I called from your ad in Home Magazine which was very impressive. I think the price was reasonable, and there were no gimmicks. I was very impressed with Mark Mosley, who was obviously in pain, but he didn't let it slow him down. Chris was also pleasant and very knowledgeable. The crew, and the office staff were wonderful, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Very happy with the new garage doors and the price. However, the installer pinched a wire to the door opener and it wouldn't operate properly. He said it was a problem with the opener and I would need a new one. Had a different company come out and rewire it, old opener works fine now.

I am sorry for the issue you had and the apparent bad information you were given. I wish you would have called and given us an opportunity to send out a repair technician to evaluate the problem. We obviously would have been happy to do this. Sean came to our house today and repaired a broken spring issue we hade with our two garage doors. Also very much appreciated the courtesy call letting me know when he was about 20 minutes out from arriving. Great service, great technician, and would highly recommend.
