I recommend Precision wholeheartedly. They are professional, affordable and experts in their field. They also are dedicated to customer service. When I called Precision, I was wanting a garage door for my 18 ft carport. I had recently caught two thugs in there trying to move my motorcycle. Tim came out and did all the measurements and informed me that because of the length of the lip and location of my doorway they could not install a garage door without modifications to my home due to the fire code. (The curve in the track would have been sitting directly in front of the doorway, perfect for someone leaving to hit their head on.) I was so disappointed. Tim could tell. He left saying that if there was anything they could do just give him a call and he left his card and mobile number. Later, Tim called me back and asked if they could send me a technician with some track to see if they could modify the track to make it work. I said "Yes, please!" As it turned out, the technician, George DID make it work. By cutting two pieces of track shorter and bolting them together, he got the track above the doorway while maintaining the curve needed to have the garage door function correctly. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Precision and their dedication to their customers (like me). I am a customer for life and would encourage anyone needing a garage door to call Precision.

We recently transplanted to GA and the home we bought had a really old and outdated garage door and opener. After lengthy research, we found Precision Overhead doors to be our best choice so, I called and the courteous office staff sent Orion over to walk me through the process and products. I found what I wanted and Orion went to work finding everything we would need. He called me a short while later and told me he found a better opener for our needs AND it would save us a little money! On installation day, Scott Shaw called to let me know he was on his way....that's a plus in any busy persons book! Scott was very professional, polite and focused. He was done with the install in a couple of hours, he explained the entire system to me and cleaned up the garage, spotless. We are very impressed with the new equipment, the service provided and the price. Kudos to the entire Precision team for the perfect buying experience. We are happy with our decision to use Precision.

Ryan Hudson came by yesterday and installed a new opener and door springs, and did a terrific job. First he inspected the broken chain and sorted out what was wrong, then explained our options and provided various estimates. Ryan helped us understand the importance of having 2 door springs and how that helps the opener last longer. He finished the job quickly and also helped us set up the Homelink buttons in our 2 cars. Outstanding job!
