Your rep was more than efficient - he was friendly, knowledgeable and welcome. Every company should have customer service like this. WE just moved into a home where the garage doors hadn't been serviced or even opened for at least a full year. The opening/closing situation was dealt with quickly and perfectly in a very short amount of time.

He greets me very courteous and he look over my situation and explained the repair process and the cost to complete the job. I called Precision one day and they were at our home the next morning with everything on the truck they needed to repair my door, (which was installed in 1965).
