Precision Door sent Joe to inspect my opener the next day of my call. Joe was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. Next day service is amazing these days and Joe was very competent. He installed a new garage door torsion spring and all the system that goes along with it for both doors in a very reasonable amount of time. Very prompt and efficient service.

Both of my grandfathers and my Dad were all auto mechanics. and fixed other things too. During my 37 year pilot's aviation career, I've seen a lot of repairs and made many myself, including airplanes, helicopters and cars, even the garage dour repaired today. The repairman admitted to "being new." Better work is not available, or should I say possible. My college degree is in Mechanical Engineering. I know what I saw is "The Best." 2 Springs, 2 cables, one pulley, remove and replace.

I looked up garage door companies. I saw precision and decided to call. So glade that I did I was able to get Same day service. The technician Mr Webster ,took the time to show Me what was wrong with my door. And what it would take to repair it. I was amazed that the repairs and Replacement parts could be done On today. He was polite and professional .i would recommend Precision to my friends and relatives.

The Technician came prepared to fix my issue not just do and estimate. He had the right replacement spring and tools and went to work. Joe was finished in under an hour and and everything worked as it should. Joe gave instructions to maintain the spring and other parts. My technician was Anthony Watt. He came early, with permission, and saved my weekend. My coil broke, barrings needed replacing and a few other issues.
