Our technician, Joe Snyder, was great -- starting with his willingness to take our service call on his way home for the evening. He was professional, courteous, personable, and provided detailed information to help us make the best decision to replace our door springs and opener. Joe stayed until the job was completed and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result (even though we know it made for a long work day for him!). Finally, he made sure we had a complete understanding of everything he did and the charges associated with each component of the service call. This was our second experience with Precision Door of Atlanta and we will continue to use them in the future for their high-caliber workmanship and commitment to outstanding customer service.

I chose Precision because of their high customer ratings. As things turned out, the ratings were well deserved. They responded in a quick fashion and called me to let me know the time they would be coming. Ed was very upbeat and explained Every thing that needed to be done. Some maintenance things that were recommended, I had to reject, due to lack of funds, however he was very understanding and removed them from the items to be repaired. I certainly would use Precision again.

Absolutely the best service I've received in a long time. I called on Friday afternoon and Precision arrived early Saturday morning. I had two new garage door openers within 20 hours of initial contact. The rep, Ed, was probably one of the nicest and most informative people I've ever met. The new garage door openers are amazingly quiet and the technology has definitely advanced in the last 13 years since we had our previous openers installed. These things are controllable through our wifi! 100% satisfied with Precision and LiftMaster. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Ed!!

I called Precision shortly before 6pm when I got home from work and my garage door wouldn't open. They came out first thing the next morning. The technicians were friendly and explained what the problem was and my options. They had the door fixed in about an hour. I wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't used them before but I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely use them again.

The workers came on time, check both doors in detail. Advise the repair problems and what they recommend for repair. They did the repairs on both doors. The new springs make these doors so much quieter. They cleaned up their mess. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Ed with Precision Door. He was knowledgeable of his products, efficient in his work and above all, a polite tech who listened to the customer and offered suggestions about what repairs were needed. The company also appears to be very security conscious by posting on their website the photos of all employees, thank you Tim for having that foresight. Will I use them again or recommend them? You had better believe it. This company is a refreshing change to what you normally get service wise today. Thanks for having old fashioned values.

Wow!!! Great experience. I had a garage door that would not close properly. I called at 9 am for a repair. The office said they would be out between 10am and 2pm. At 10:04, one hour after the first call, Edward Davis was at my house. Very nice and professional young man. He explained all the options and prices. He said it would take a couple of hours. There were problems with the old opener and the door also and it actually took much longer. The price did not change. He installed new openers, new rollers and control panels. This is without doubt the quietest garage door I have ever seen. I feel I actually got more than I bargained for. I could not happier with the work or with the professionalism of Edward, the installer, and the company. I highly recommend them if you are in need of garage door repair.

Our installer was Ed Davis. We had a broken spring and the opener didn't communicate with either car. Ed came and took a look at everything and recommended additional things to be done as well. He gave us options on everything to purchase and we decided on a course and he resumed the job. He was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with the results!

A-1 down the line. From exceptional customer service to excellent problem resolution. I am rarely impressed by someone just doing there job but the individuals I encountered at Precision went beyond "just doing there job". They actually respected my input (listened) and responded to all of the concerns that I had. Then, to top it off, Brian, my technician did an excellent job on my garage doors. 5 stars from me.
