I would give you 5 stars. You are fast to respond when calling with an issue and your technician is very service oriented and helpful. You also try to save money by replacing parts vs. an entire new product; although this time that was not the case.

I could not be happier with the service I received. Justin, our technician, was professional, efficient, and just a good, honest person. Basically, a fine young man. Al was professional and arrived 30 minutes after the beginning of the 4 hour window. He access the issues and recommend a solution . It toke about 1.5 hours to replace the opener. He did a nice clean install and I would highly recommend them I give then a 5 stars.

Precision ordered the wrong doors initially but then got them right, no rush so that wasn't a problem. What was disappointing was the two panels I replaced needed to be painted to match and while I had the paint for them to do the job I was told after install that painting the doors to match existing was not included. So I now have two tan panels and two white:/

Shaun and trainee, Everett, made quick work of the repair (replaced springs) at a fair price. I also had bearings installed at my request. Shaun voluntarily reset the pitch of a pulley bar erroneously set by the previous installer. Future problems and conditions were pointed out, truly helpful. My take: Two thumbs up! Precision replaced our old garage doors. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, I was completely impressed by their attention, especially with regards to personal safety. I called Precision about a noise on my garage door rails following work they company performed about a month ago. The company's dispatch/scheduler sent a repair person (Randy) to the house the "Very Next Day" to address the problem. Upon his arrival, he "Immediately" corrected the problem and conducted additional inspection to ensure the big door worked properly. The "Very Quick Response Time" and "Customer Service Focus" demonstrated by Precision is noteworthy and among the very best for customer service. As a result, Precision will be my first contact should I ever have any garage work or replacement needs! I highly recommend for any of your garage needs! C. Mays Cumming, GA

I chose Precision based on their reviews and I am a first time customer with them. I am in Forsyth county. We blew a spring on the large garage door, possible cable was replaced and hardware needed tightened. Sean Scheiern was the tech that came out and after a quick discussion, he got to business on replacing the spring. We also purchased a garage door opener for the smaller door (dual opener) that hasn't had an opener for years, for $50.00 and it was programmed for free. I also used a coupon I found on the internet, that covered service call and included lube etc.. The door works well, very quiet and the prices were comparable for particular parts. There is a service call fee, a labor fee and then the price of the parts. We are a military retired family and didn't notice they did military discount until I began this survey, but I did save $50 on the service call. The service was fast, efficient, and Sean was a courteous tech. The spring he replaced the old one with, is a lot smaller, so we'll see how long it lasts.

My two-year-old door was very noisy when opening/closing. Sean did a very good job in lubricating the hinges, etc. so that the door is much quieter operating now. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that I had to spend about 10 minutes to wipe down the doors, inside and outside, to remove all the extra lubricant that was applied.

Guido arrived today to perform a temporary repair on a broken garage door spring while the replacement door and hardware is on order. He was fast, efficient, and professional. He also noticed the drive belt was loose and tighten it. So far, my experience has been great!
