I rarely write reviews. if ever. But now is the time. We recently had our entire garage door repaired/rebuilt with all new components. From the time I called customer service for an exploratory appointment to having a superstar in Michael handle the rebuild, I we received outstanding and polite customer service explaining everything as the process progressed. There is no need to shop around, this is the best company to do business...and the pricing is more than reasonable. BRAVO!

Tech was good, on time, knowledgeable, and went straight to work. As explained to me on the phone, there is a service call fee waived if work is completed. The only reason I approved the work is because if this fee. We will NEVER (EVER) use your service again. We’re very disappointed with the cost given the very small amount of material/parts replaced and the very little amount of labor that was required. You could have charged half of what we paid and still been very profitable. You will never hear from us again and we will never recommend your service to anyone

Our technicians perform a 25 point inspection and present their findings to the homeowner with the recommendations and quote to repair the door. We try to give the homeowner ample time to review the inspection and ask questions about the quote. Jeremy is an experienced technician that has been working on garage doors for several years so he is able to perform the work that you needed at a faster pace than someone new to the industry. We reviewed the call with him to verify what exactly was repaired/replaced on your door and it included tracks, a jam bracket and a tune up. Customer satisfaction is our main goal and we strive for all of our customers to receive five star service from our company. If we can assist you with further questions about your experience, please call and ask to speak with the service manager.

Great service, on time, the installer made several recommendations like changing out the spring, replace steel rollers with nylon rollers, the garage doors are quiet as a mouse now! We haf two new belt drive openers installed. Very pleased 1

Precision replaced my motor about 2 years ago. The spring broke this morning and they were able to come out within 2 hours. The tech/repair person, Chris, was great. Super nice and did great work. It wasn’t cool being surprised with an almost $600 repair on a Tuesday morning but I was very pleased with the service and work that Chris provided.

Shaun, the technician, arrived on time and was very engaging. I explained the issue I was having, and he completed a thorough check of everything. He provided several options for me to choose from and explained each option thoroughly. In less than two hours, I had a new opener, springs, bearings, bearing plates, cables and cable drums, rollers, and surge protector. He even walked me through using the app to operate the door. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Precision Door Atlanta. Special shout out to Shaun!

Responsive and dependable. Shaun showed up on time and was very professional. No pressure on the sale after performing some maintenance on our door. We did decide to replace the old opener to ensure we did not have an issue down the road. Cost was a couple hundred higher than what you might get with others, but appreciate the professional install.
