Precision Door never seizes to amaze me. I have used their services in the past and each time, they produce phenomenal service. Honest, accurate, on time, great customer service. This morning, Sean inspected my garage door that had collapsed. I was hoping the problem was minor, and it was but he explained, the reason the door was having problems. He suggested a new door, but also suggested an immediate solution to the problem and informed me the resolve would not last forever but it would resolve the issue today. I asked Sean to forward an estimate of the replacement of the door including labor, as I will be calling Precision Door to replace the garage door when it fits into my budget. Thank you Precision and thank you Sean.

I was told our appointment was between 10am and 2pm Monday 8/21/2017. I went to morning Mass and returned home at 9:55am Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find your Precision man waiting for me. He was most helpful in advising me on our garage door problems and he was most polite. He did an awesome job and my wife is very happy that her door is now working. My garage door was broken for a while, when I decided to fix it, I went online. I saw a lot of companies that specialize in garage door services. For some reason I chose precision. I read the reviews and gave them a call. I called towards the end of work, the next morning someone was knocking at my door. Brandon looked at it and told me what was wrong with it. When he asked me if I wanted him to fix it, I thought he was going to schedule a day and time that he would come back. He fixed it within few hours. He is a very hard worker, honest, polite, professional, knowledgeable, smart and humble. Fixing my garage door cost me twice more than I budgeted but I am very happy with Brandon's work. When I read the reviews, I thought that some of it were made up until I saw the proof. I would recommend precision to friends and family over and over again.

My garage door had only one spring on it and it is a double garage door and should have had two springs. The one spring that I had broke at 10 pm at night and I had to go to work the next day with no way to open the door. Precision Garage Door came our at almost midnight to repair it. I had to pay extra for their coming out late at night but the technician that came out was very prompt, timely and call as he was on his way. He did an excellent job and I have been very satisfied with the results of his work. And he noticed that I was a veteran and made sure that I received a 10% discount in appreciation of my military service. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to install or repair their garage doors. THe professionalism of the technician was very obvious and the work was excellent and my garage door is much quieter than before.

Just purchased a new home, and called the Overhead Door Company of Atlanta to install a keypad, and fix an alignment issue. The "gentleman" that arrived had an attitude, and said that their keypad would not work with the implied inferior brand, Linear opener, that my builder had installed. Later found out they have a relationship with Genie brand openers, therefore the rude behavior. Being that they took care of my garage door needs for over 20 years in my previous home, I was disappointed with their behavior. I saw an ad for Precision, called them, and they were out a day later. They installed a keypad, resolved the door alignment issue, and were courteous and professional throughout the process. I've since recommended them to my neighbor, and would do so to anyone needing garage door related service or equipment!
