I contacted Precision because my garage door failed to open up pass 6 inches. I got a same-day appointment and my serviceman, David Sweeney was on time (actually early)! I needed a new motor and he was very knowledgeable about all the products. I did not feel pressure to get the "best" of the motors. He was friendly and worked fast. The price was as expected and overall we had a great experience with Precision. Thank you!

Could not be happier with our garage door repair! We were able to get a technician out within one hour of our call, on a Sunday afternoon! The service was great. Chase fixed our broken pulley and replaced worn springs. Alerted us to things to watch for (on both of our garage doors), but did not try to pressure us into buying anything. We honestly had no idea the garage door could function so quietly!

Amazing Service! Shawn came out right at the start of the quoted time. We received a courtesy call before hand so that we had time to put our dog away. He was very thorough and professional. Turns out we had other issues than just the spring breaking, and Shawn went through each repair needed and really gave a fair quote. He was quick and done in less than 2 hours. The door works much smoother and is so quiet you don't even realize it is opening. I highly recommend him!

Love the new doors, so quiet and look so very nice. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone involved in this. Office staff that set up appointments for estimate and installation, funny and nice. Kelly the estimator explained a lot of stuff, great sense of humor, and Rich the installer was great, he explained all the new stuff with the doors since ours were really about 33 years old. Would highly recommend to anyone. As far as I am concerned well worth the price and no headaches with anything.

We called in the morning to have our garage doors checked and serviced. Phillip arrived on time and replaced springs, rollers and added safety devices that afternoon. Now the doors open/close quietly. Job was done quickly and no mess. Very happy with service, Phillip and cost. Definitely 5 stars.

Builder installed garage opener system failed after only 8 years. Was not sure if I could get anyone out for the repairs during Memorial weekend. Called Precision and was able to get a technician out within the hour. Phillip King replaced the system and was done in about 2 hours. He explained thoroughly what the issue was with the now obsolete system that the builder installed, what parts had to be replaced and showed me everything that he did after he completed. Very professional and thorough. Would recommend Phillip and Precision to anyone who needs their garage door system repaired or replaced.

After going to 4-5 places looking for a garage door, i found Precision and I wished I had come here first. The people at the office were polite and informed. That is only the beginning of my outstanding review. Kelly came to my home to take measurements, which she did and answered all my questions about the door. When she left I knew I had selected the right company. I wanted a forest green one so it had to be special ordered. It still came in very timely. The guy that came to install the door was prompt. He had to build the framing around the door(other places did not do this step) He worked non stop. he certainly knew what he was doing and did it well. When he finished he cleaned up the area and explained how my door worked. I hope management knows who they sent because I forgot to ask his name and I want him to get all the credit for a job well done. I would recommend this company any time.

Tyler worked with professional manner from start to finish. I marveled at his handling of the work with well planned precision. He removed old door and installed a 18'x7, the largest 2-car garage door, all by himself! My new garage door is great.
