Precision installed a new door and motor for me. My old door broke on a Sun & I needed a door quickly as the old one was about to fall down. Tim came on Mon & showed me some samples I had selected. After obtaining other estimates, I decided to go with Precision. They sent out a repairman to further stabilize my old door (no charge) on Tues afternoon and then on Wed morning they came & installed a new door. It looks great!! Tim was extremely professional & the installers were courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up really nice & took old door away. I would highly reccomend this company.

I was very pleased overall. The appointment was easy to make and the technician contacted me on the day of service to let me know when he was on the way. He arrived on time and was very professional. He worked on two doors and performed basic maintenance. He also installed a set of rollers. The door operates much more quietly and is much smoother. Very good experience.

We are very sorry you did not have a good experience. I took the liberty of listening to the taped call when you scheduled the appointment and heard the representative state that the spring prices range from $88-179 per spring. You were given a price of $139.50 per spring. For that particular spring, the normal price would have been $179.00 which is a savings of $39.50 per spring, there were 2. It is always been our practice to give our customers options when repair work is needed which includes to do nothing at all. It appears you chose the repair option. If you have any more questions or concerns in regard to the repairs, please feel free to call our office.
