The repair of my garage was good. However the customer service and respect for my home was totally offline. The serviceman Damien, had bad guts and decided to disrespect my bathroom!! I don't care how bad he needed to go, he should have dismissed himself and went to the nearby gas station. On top of that he left it like a port a potty, stinky, and remains in the toilet. I am beyond pissed at this level of disrespect.

Spring broke and garage door wouldn’t open so I was stuck. Ended up replacing everything; it was old and needed to be replaced, but I paid probably double what others charge because I just needed it done quickly. Tech was super nice. Seems to have done a good job but the prices are outrageous.

I just want to say the service was Great!! I got a quick response to my call (about 2 hours). The technician was very professional, and he was thorough in his explanation of my options to repair my door. The technician repaired my door in about an hour, and he tested all of the moving parts to insure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Precision to any of my friends or family.

My Garage Door suddenly stopped working on Saturday after returning from the grocery store. I hit the button to lower the door and went inside. We heard a loud bang and went into the garage to investigate but didn’t notice anything broken. A few hours later when we were exiting the house the door wouldn’t go up and we noticed the broken coil/spring. I called Precision because they were the company that I bought the door from 9 years ago along with the opener. They have been the only company to service the door. I was disappointed that the receptionist didn’t immediately offer me a method for a quick solution telling me first available was Monday morning. We were stuck inside our house on a Saturday……what if we have an emergency? Those are the words I said to her. She was nice and said she would try to find me an emergency service but said it would cost me an extra $150 plus the repairs. I said okay and she placed me on hold while she attempted to find me help. My wife then said to order Uber. I gave up and ordered Uber. Precision then called me back and said she found help and I told her to forget it but I would like the first available technician on Monday. She gave me that appointment….Jack from precision came out timely, kind and said he would get us going. He did great….Our door is like new and we’ll continue to use them.

Wow how impressive these guys are! From the gal we spoke to on the phone to the tech that came to do the work…they were fantastic! I honestly didn’t think we’d get the garage door fixed on a Sunday afternoon but they came through. The repairs needed were certainly more than I was hoping for but the quality and hopefully warranty for the next 7 years help ease the pain. This is actually the 2nd time we’ve used them, the 1st was after a lighting strike killed our 2 door openers 4 years ago. Hoping not to ever need them again (????) but if I have another garage door issue I know who to call (and recommend).

Excellent service! My belt and motor were bad and Shaun came out, did an inspection and then gave me multiple options and price points to choose from. Ended up choosing a new (very cool) opener as well as some other work (rollers, spring, etc). He did a great job with the install, which was fast, and then walked me through everything.
