About three months ago a spring broke in my garage door and for those of you that have not experience this, your garage door slams shut and unless you know how you cannot reopen it. I called Percision around 8:00PM and within the hour I had a technician come out and replaced both springs and basically overhauled my garage door in a very short time. He did a great job and once completed explained everything to me that he did and what was a very loud opening door is now extremely quite. Also the cost was very reasonable. Today after three months I noticed my outside entry system would not work and I called Percision which Sean came out within 24 hours and found that it was just a dead battery, shook my hand, thanked me for the prior business and said to have a great day with no charge. I would highly recommend Precision.

A total waste of time. They kept delaying appointments . The women scheduler was EXTREMELY rude and seemed annoyed with my questions. They quoted me a inflated price for the work saying I needed a whole assembly when all I needed was a belt- which I found online for a quarter of the price. I have spread the word to many friends and family to STAY AWAY from Precision. You are better off with ANYONE else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLIP JOINT!!!!!!!! NO STARS NO STARS

Mr. Wild I am confused by your review and feel you gave this review to the wrong company. Our records show (recorded for both of our protection) that you booked your call on October 3 requesting October 5th appointment. You were never moved, cancelled, or otherwise inconvenienced. Our technician was on time which was verified by the gps tracker in his truck. When you called our office you stated a gentleman named xxxxxx gave you a price of $129 to replace the belt on your unit. We have never had anyone by that name work for us. Our staff quickly informed you that was not one of our prices that was quoted. We strive to give excellent service and fair market prices. Our staff is covered by a very large general liability policy and workman's compensation. Some of the "tailgaters" in a pick up truck have neither. Regardless, by separate email I have provided you my cell phone number to call me directly to discuss this matter. Again, when we make a mistake, which will happen, I will go above and beyond to make it right for our customer. I hope when you are spreading the news to your friends that it is about the right company. As you can see, EVERY REVIEW gets posted to our website.

We called Overhead Garage because our garage door would not operate properly. James came to my home and really educated me about garage doors. Who knew there were so many options. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He even helped me round up my pugs. I had to purchase a new garage door but feel I got a great deal! Travis came and installed my garage door. He was friendly, accommodating, and all this on the coldest day ever. I felt so comfortable I even left my home open to him if he got cold while I ran errands. Exceptional company and employees!

I needed my Garage opener fixed so I called in to Precision and they came out. the Tech Steve did a great job and replaced parts on the motor and now it works great. The only problem I had was with the final price. I was told on the phone when I made the appt that there is no charge for someone to come out and give me an Estimate of what is needed to be fixed are looked at. When I got home I was told there is a $89 service call fee and a 69.00 labor fee on all calls. I feel I was not told the truth and over charged and would like something done about it. I work very hard for my money just as you all do. and feel I deserve a reponse on this. Thank you, Ann

Travis was very knowledgeable. What I thought was a problem with the door opener, was really a problem with the door springs and other mechanisms. We are very pleased with how the garage is working now.
