Placed a message asking for a quote for replacement of e siting garage doors and was told an appointment was available the next day. Chris Caban came to the house and could not have been nicer. Very professional and great knowledge of the doors and systems. He provided me with a quote as I asked and by the end of the day I called him back and agreed to the quote and gave my deposit. Now I am waiting to have a date scheduled for my new doors. This has been a great experience so far and am sure it will continue.

I have been using Precision since 2018 when I called about an issue after having another company who is no longer in business installed new garage doors and equipment and 1 year later when the system starting having issues and i called and they were out of business. Then I called precision and they were awesome and polite, professional and thorough. I couldn’t ask for a better company to service my system, and listening to me complain as they service and or repair any issues I have. Thanks for all do.
