You guys did some work for my son-in-lawi in Snellville and I called him first. He gave me your info and I called you and within five minutes or so, your technician arrived. My technician, Aaron arrived in about five minutes or so and went to work right away. Aaron did a great job installing a new motor and all the fixings that goes with it and now my door is working great and a lot quieter than before. Thanks Precision and many thanks to Aaron, he did a great job!

Our Garage door had broke, so I called Precision and less than 24 hours technician Aaron came to the rescue! He was very informative of what happened, explained what he needed to do to fix our problem as well as being honest and up front with pricing and explaining the warranties they offer. Not to mention he fixed our annoying squeak that we could not get rid of, so now our garage door is super quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision and would use their services again if need be. Thanks again Precision!

Aaron was fantastic! He did really great work in replacing our belt drive motor. He also did some work to our door--opening and closing the garage is so much quieter now. I came back to Precision based on previous great work and I'm glad I came back again.

Quick and painless. Well, the price hurt a little. However, the work install was done professionally and my tech explained everything to me. Also understood I was a new home owner. The estimate was way higher than what was expressed over the phone and when I addressed how expensive it was, the tech seemed flippant. I was disappointed at the cost and felt it was higher than expected or needed for parts.
