5 different houses but one quality solution as every time I need help they are fast & frugal. They act like it’s their home and their money. Current house recently needed a whole new door and motor - unexpected but unavoidable and I was leaving for 2 weeks. My wife rightly wanted a non generic door but not stock. She would have had to park outside in the cold/ wet and carry in / out front door for 7 days but they went out of their way and hunted one down, installing next am an hour before I left . You simply could NOT get a better response .

Allen & Jesus arrived on time, called ahead as requested, friendly and knowledgeable. Did not have Backup Batt. on truck as needed for 1 Lift--Master Opener. We scheduled a return visit for this Friday 9/1 between 8 - 12noon. Look forward to seeing them back. All was good today. The installers were polite & kept me informed throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves & even though they were here for only one garage door, they made sure all the garage doors were working as they should before they left! Also, they’re good to veterans! I’d definitely recommend precision door & will be calling again if I ever need help with garage doors!

I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Allen called 30 minutes prior to coming as promised. He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He then reprogrammed all of our garage door remotes. He then waived the service fee! We have used Precision in the past. Once again, they delivered exceptional service!

The spring on our garage door broke due to age leaving my vehicle stuck inside the garage. I called Precision and they had a Tech out to our home within 2hrs. The service technician was very dishonest and lied about what was wrong with my garage door and I will never use or recommend this company to anyone, period. The technician was very disrespectful and loud. This technician shouldn't be allowed to work for good customers because his motives out there is to lie and overcharge customers for his own gains
