My name is Allen Morgan and I was born, raised, and still reside in the northwest Georgia area. I take pride in my work and I work hard until the job is complete. When I am not working repairing garage doors, I am spending my down time with my fiancée and our four children outside, fishing or four wheeling.

Precision garage door responded to my phone call the Saturday afternoon, and had someone at my house before 10AM Sunday morning to fix the garage door. The technician was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a spring failure internal to the torsion bar. He explained the repair options including upgrades, and in less than two hours he was done. Overall I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for your garage door repair needs.

Allen was great. My door opener quit working this morning. I called and he was able to come today. He replaced the motor and belt, installed a new keyless entry, and programed my two cars in two different bays. This is the second time I have used Precision and it was great both times. I would definitely use them again.

Service Technician Alan did a 100% professional job. Found issues, probably 19yrs old, that he resolved using his knowledge and skills. Pleased he was able to get my new car's garage button working and my outdoor keypad reestablished ... my fault messing with the new car and the garage door motor's buttons!

I couldn't be more pleased!!! I contacted Precision because I needed a new garage door...or so I thought! Allen Morgan arrived, took a look and said that my door was fine, it just needed a new spring and motor. I was thrilled! A few hours later Allen finished and my door is SO QUIET!!! He even programmed my door opener in my car. Allen was so courteous and fully explained every step involved in installation of the spring and motor. I would definitely call Precision again. 5 different houses but one quality solution as every time I need help they are fast & frugal. They act like it’s their home and their money. Current house recently needed a whole new door and motor - unexpected but unavoidable and I was leaving for 2 weeks. My wife rightly wanted a non generic door but not stock. She would have had to park outside in the cold/ wet and carry in / out front door for 7 days but they went out of their way and hunted one down, installing next am an hour before I left . You simply could NOT get a better response .

Allen & Jesus arrived on time, called ahead as requested, friendly and knowledgeable. Did not have Backup Batt. on truck as needed for 1 Lift--Master Opener. The installers were polite & kept me informed throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves & even though they were here for only one garage door, they made sure all the garage doors were working as they should before they left! Also, they’re good to veterans! I’d definitely recommend precision door & will be calling again if I ever need help with garage doors!
