Hello, my name is Anthony and I'm 31 years old. I've been living in Georgia my whole life. I have a beautiful 4 year old daughter who means more to me than life itself. I have been in the garage door business for almost six years. I enjoy working on garage doors. Knowing at the end of the day I can leave customer's garage doors safe, is my number one priority. I'm glad I hopped aboard the Precision team. They are an amazing company to work for. I look forward to servicing any of your garage door needs.

Anthony Watts arrived timely to fix some issues with my garage door. His visit was probably one of the best service calls I’ve ever had in my life. And I’m old. Not only did Anthony fix the issues with my garage door, he taught me how to use the handle to open the garage should I have no electricity. (I had tried this week to use it and couldn’t do it.) In addition, he showed me how to program my phone to use the Aladdin app to open and shut the door. And he gave me a can of lubricant for my springs and told me I should be using that, which I did not know. He mentioned several other tips, too. He was extremely nice and very professional. You can tell he knows the business very well. In my opinion, you should make sure you keep Anthony on your staff until he retires!! He praised your company over and over and was a walking advertisement for your services. (I agreed with the praises). This is an excellent service call. I wanted to give him a hug because he did such a good job, but I know that would not be appropriate. ????

On September 22,2022 Precision Overhead Garage Door Service install two new garage door openers. The installation was excellent and the service technician was professional. My only problem was I received only one opener for each door. For the price of the installation was nearly $1600.00 dollars. In the past when I purchased new garage doors openers from Home Depot and Lowes I received two instead of one and the price was cheaper. Is there any way I can receive two garage openers for both doors. I would appreciate it. Thank you Darnell Nolin.

My garage door failed to close correctly and was out of line on the tracks. I was concerned because I wouldn’t be able to get my car out to go to work tomorrow. Precision sent someone out this morning and got it repaired. The repairman (Anthony, I think he said was his name) found the issue (a broken cable) and repaired it quite quickly. I was pleased with the service.
