Hello, my name is Anthony and I'm 31 years old. I've been living in Georgia my whole life. I have a beautiful 4 year old daughter who means more to me than life itself. I have been in the garage door business for almost six years. I enjoy working on garage doors. Knowing at the end of the day I can leave customer's garage doors safe, is my number one priority. I'm glad I hopped aboard the Precision team. They are an amazing company to work for. I look forward to servicing any of your garage door needs.

The technician, Anthony, was not only friendly, efficient, neat & cleaned up any debris & old door opener pieces, he clearly explained things to me as to what I needed & what he was doing. He shared the options & then gave his recommendation. Plus, the cost was $6 more for a complete new door opener than what another company charged just for the motor! Broken cable and rusted torsion springs on 16 foot Clopay garage door. Called Precision at 9:00 am and technician Anthony Watts arrived early afternoon. Anthony is very knowledgeable and friendly. Repairs were made in about an hour. Also serviced other doors so they operate smoothly. Would definitely recommend Precision for any future needs.

Garage door broke down Sat morning. Received same-day service. Door was repaired, and the cause was addressed with different springs. Our tech was courteous and friendly. Pricing was reasonable.

Garage Door opener gave an error late on Friday. Called Precision and they were able to schedule appointment first thing on Monday morning. Technician (Anthony Watts) called about 8AM on Monday and said that he would arrive at 8:40. He arrived on time and was very timely on his diagnosis. Turned out to be more cost effective to replace motor than repair old unit. Anthony was very friendly and explained everything completely. He cleaned up, programmed remotes, programed link in car, helped re-setup MyQ app on phone. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone.

As my wife and I just moved to Newnan, we went online to find a garage door repair company. We were impressed by all of the reviews and transparency of the company and its staff. We called to make an appointment on a Friday afternoon and were scheduled for later that day. Anthony arrived at about 3:20. He was very personable, professional, and respectful. After diagnosing the problem, he offered us several repair options with their respective costs. After selecting one, he went work. I was impressed as he worked. He was very skilled and resolved the problem in less than a half hour. Upon completion, he informed us of their warranty and told us that if we had any problems, that we could contact the company and ask for him. The cost was reasonable and the service top- notch. We would highly recommend this company for any garage door issues.
