Both garage doors stayed in the up position and sensors were inoperable, so I called Precision. Brandon was my tech and resolved the problem within mins. Sensors were inop because of a power outage and recommend replacing a panel before it got worse. He was very professional, down to earth and honest. He mentioned multiple options to tackle the problem and got in a work order. I will definitely recommend him and the company to family and friends.

The website convinced me to call (24/7 service and weekend appointments; truck's preparedness with necessary parts, etc.). My door broke late on a Friday night and I was able to get it repaired by noon the next day. What a relief! The technician worked with my schedule and was efficient and professional. Absolutely fabulous experience. I would highly recommend. Brandon was our Sales/Tech rep and he had me sold in 5 minutes simply due to his personality and honesty. He identified the problem with the garage unit, provided options and associated costs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy or upgrade. He completed the new unit within time frame he stated. After completion, he walked me through what he changed. Brandon made the whole experience, seriously, a pleasant one.

Great service. Called Monday AM and techs arrived same day. Previous installation (by others) was found to have multiple issues and Brandon carefully documented each problem and suggested solutions. No hard sell - multiple options/price were provided and we were able to choose what level of repair we wanted. Had old openers and ancillary equipment (springs, rollers, etc.) replaced. Techs were courteous and professional. Took time to patiently answer all questions. Excellent service and would definitely recommend this company.

Our Main garage door spring broke. The former repair company I had used was out of business, so I called a friend who gave me a strong referral to Precision. I called on Tuesday AM and they were sending Brandon out by end of day. Brandon called me late in the day to let me know he had a job in Griffin that was running late and would be there no matter what which would be more like 9pm. I told him to finish what he is doing and go home and see his wife. Brandon was awesome, and we rescheduled for today. He was willing to drive all the way to N. Alpharetta no matter what the time to help us out. You just don't see that commitment these days! Brandon showed up early today, he reviewed the problem, gave me options and had it repaired quickly for a fair price. Their sticker is now on my wall under the openers so we know who to call next time! Thanks Brandon & Precision for your awesome service!

I can say that I am 100% pleased with the service I received. I placed a call at 7am in the morning due to a broken garage door. I was given a time frame between 12pm and 4pm. The technician called me when he was 30 minutes out from 12pm. He replaced the spring on my garage system in about 30 minutes and voila' it works again. Thanks Precision!
