Nice guy. Explained everything. Was surprised by the cost, the recommendation was that I replace everything after only one spring was broken. My neighbors have had this same work done before & they must have gotten a different, discounted rate. I felt like I had to chose the service recommended based on the comments on the 1st option (it could break tomorrow if I don’t repair all). But maybe that’s just how it is. My door was crooked after installation. He came back out to correct. He advised that it’s my cement being unleveled, but you can tell that it’s still crooked by its placement when open. Not sure what to do about it since he came back & “corrected” it. Hopefully the 3 year warranty counts for something.

My garage was running off track. I called Precision Door and Trinity made an appointment for 1st thing next day. Carlos Adorno was my assigned Technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Fair. I was charged 30.00 extra for a tune up. The technician sprayed the hinges and left a can if lubricant. Iwas rather disappointed because I was told the cost after the fact. 89.00 for service call and a can of spray. Nothing was wrong with the garage, he said. I still think there is a loud sound upon opening. I do not see him on the list of employees
