Precision was able to install a new belt-driven operator, which is way quieter than our previous, chain-driven operator. Cory went above and beyond to deliver a great end-result and even helped me setup the app to control the door from my phone.

This the second time I used Precision. The second was as just great as the first time. Corey was my technician great guy very helpful and very patient. They were prompt on returning calls and they were polite and concerned. I thought their pricing was very reasonable and in line with the other garage door companies in town. I highly recommend Precision there are to many others out there but there not Precision.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday night, leaving us with no way to get our cars out. I made an appointment on the app, and Corey came on Saturday afternoon. The door is a custom, one piece 20' door, and frame is right against the side wall, with very little room to work. He did an excellent job installing the new springs. We're repeat Overhead customers because of the excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. If there's ever a problem, they stand behind their work.

Precision is a great company that offers wonderful and quick service! They send you a text to let you know when they are on their way and the service tech Cory even called to give an exact ETA. These guys are super friendly and very thorough when inspecting and explaining the repairs that were needed on our garage door. Scotty deserves a shout out as well! He did a great job installing our new garage door opener and provided excellent customer service. You can tell he really cares about his job and wants to go the extra mile for the customer.
