I've used Precision in the past for a new motherboard for my opener so when the door was broken by someone trying to gain entry I naturally called them again. I was afraid I would need a new garage door. I called them at 1:00 and they said they would come between 4:00 & 8:00 the same day. I was delighted as same day service is rarely available these days. I received a call at 2:20 saying they were 20 minutes from my house and asked if they could come early. Of course!! David & Shawn arrived around 2:45, assessed the damage and said the door was repairable. Told them to give me a price. In a few minutes they had two options for me - one to just repair the damage and the other to repair damage and replace the motor which was around 20 years old. I took the second option and they got to work. By 4:00 they were finished, paid and gone. The guys were freindly, honest when giving me options for repair and just really nice. Hopefully I won't need your services again but will recommend Precision Garage Door Opener Repair to everyone I know.

I called late yesterday afternoon to get a quote for a garage door opener. I got an appointment for today between 4:00 and 6:00, but David called and was able to come earlier at 3:00 which work out great. What is it? I can’t see it. Leave it for you. He quickly gave me choices of garage door openers and I made an selection and he was able to get it installed, completed the cars programmed, and added a new keypad for entry in a little over an hour. he also helped me set up the iPhone app to remotely open and close the garage door I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and David did an excellent job!

We have a garage door that likes to give us issues from time to time due to the way it had to be installed years ago. Precision Door has been the only company to be able to fix our issues. Very responsive to my issue. Garage door not closing properly, appears to be caused by the opener. Decided to install new opener (Genie). Better decision than repairing old unit. Service tech was on time (called ahead), not always done as told. Installation went very well. Had a small issue with paper work, but it was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door needs. I have been a customer since 2017 and have had to use them a couple of times for issues (not related to there work). Have always been satisfied.
