I called late yesterday afternoon to get a quote for a garage door opener. I got an appointment for today between 4:00 and 6:00, but David called and was able to come earlier at 3:00 which work out great. What is it? I can’t see it. Leave it for you. He quickly gave me choices of garage door openers and I made an selection and he was able to get it installed, completed the cars programmed, and added a new keypad for entry in a little over an hour. he also helped me set up the iPhone app to remotely open and close the garage door I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and David did an excellent job!

D. Sweeney did an excellent job while at my home. Had a 4 hr window time and he actually made it within the 1st hr. There was a major problem with our garage door. He discussed with me the problem(s), what it would take to get the garage door operating again. He did an excellent job, repaired everything and hopefully things are great going forward. Nice job David.

your estimate #84871522 The overall result was good. The labor charge for greasing, oiling, aligning and reattaching spring pad of $372.00 in a span of slightly over one hour seems excessive. For future door needs I will be compelled to get a second opinion. Thanks for asking. Robert Swan

We have a garage door that likes to give us issues from time to time due to the way it had to be installed years ago. Precision Door has been the only company to be able to fix our issues. Very responsive to my issue. Garage door not closing properly, appears to be caused by the opener. Decided to install new opener (Genie). Better decision than repairing old unit. Service tech was on time (called ahead), not always done as told. Installation went very well. Had a small issue with paper work, but it was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door needs. I have been a customer since 2017 and have had to use them a couple of times for issues (not related to there work). Have always been satisfied.

The service technician was well spoken and on time and that's how they earned their star. Past that I have a 10 year old house with premium insulated non window garage doors. I called for a broken spring and got quoted over the phone 90-250 dollars depending on what spring I needed. The standard service call fee was 29.95 and would be waived if I had them do the work. the technician showed up on time and took a look at the door and proceeded to try and up-sell me everything except new door panels. Cables, bearings, adjustment, spools, opener tune up. When I asked if he could just fix the issue I got a second quote for a completely new spring system. At that point I asked if he refused to just replace the spring I needed, then I got the Hard sell. Paid the 29.95 service fee and said thanks but no thanks. customer service is an issue with these guys or they're just hard of hearing. No doubt this wont make it on the site but look at reviews on yelp and other places before you have them come out. I'll be reviewing elsewhere as well

They came out the very next day, they were exactly on time and explained what my options were. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I would call them in a heartbeat!! Highly recommended
