I called late yesterday afternoon to get a quote for a garage door opener. I got an appointment for today between 4:00 and 6:00, but David called and was able to come earlier at 3:00 which work out great. What is it? I can’t see it. Leave it for you. He quickly gave me choices of garage door openers and I made an selection and he was able to get it installed, completed the cars programmed, and added a new keypad for entry in a little over an hour. he also helped me set up the iPhone app to remotely open and close the garage door I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and David did an excellent job!

D. Sweeney did an excellent job while at my home. Had a 4 hr window time and he actually made it within the 1st hr. There was a major problem with our garage door. He discussed with me the problem(s), what it would take to get the garage door operating again. He did an excellent job, repaired everything and hopefully things are great going forward. We have a garage door that likes to give us issues from time to time due to the way it had to be installed years ago. Precision Door has been the only company to be able to fix our issues. Very responsive to my issue. Garage door not closing properly, appears to be caused by the opener. Decided to install new opener (Genie). Better decision than repairing old unit. Service tech was on time (called ahead), not always done as told. Installation went very well. Had a small issue with paper work, but it was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door needs. I have been a customer since 2017 and have had to use them a couple of times for issues (not related to there work). Have always been satisfied.
