The Service Technician, Derek Skaggs, laid out and clearly explained 3 options to bring my door up to date. Once I selected an option, Derek checked with the office to get me a best possible discount. Within an hour the service was completed. The technician, Derek, did a wonderful job. He called ahead of time to advise of his arrival and provided a quotation of the cost before beginning service. He recommended a dual spring replacement versus the single spring option that I had, which has caused me problems repeatedly in the past. Great response time and service was complete in about 3 hours from my initial phone call and on a Sunday!

I selected Precision Door because of the excellent service that was provided by them when they installed our brand-new garage doors in April of 2021. We called them regarding our keypad not working properly and was told that they would have a tech out the same day. The technician came out replaced our keypad. I telephoned Precision mid afternoon regarding my garage door which was not shutting properly. I was able to get an appointment for the beginning of the next day. On August 24,2024, I had an appointment with Precision to come replace both torsion springs that had broke. This was covered under the previous repair from Precision we had done as warranty replacement and only had to pay a reasonable labor fee with no costs for the springs. Mr. Derek Skaggs was the repairman who promptly arrived and found he was quite courteous and thorough in his repair. We appreciate his professionalism and we will use Precision in the future and highly recommend their service. Thanks very much !
