My name is Eric Dunphy and I have been installing garage doors for 18 years. I strive for perfection on each and every job to ensure our customer's are completely satisfied. I have served in the Army and have a twin brother who is a Marine. I have a 16 year old son who plays baseball for his high school, and I love spending time with him. I am also very passionate about golf and try to get on the course as much as possible.

A neighbor recently used Precision for a new garage door and opener. I needed an opener and when the bracket on my old wooden door snapped, I felt that was the time to have some work done. After all the options were explained to me of the repair, I thought it was better to just get a new door and upgrade to a nice, quiet opener. The two technicians who visited my home were very nice and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We met Tim and Lynn at the March 2014 Galleria Home Show. They seemed very interested in speaking with us and sharing their product knowledge. We knew we would contact them once we completed a significant driveway and slab construction project later in the year. Our experience with Precision was great, start to finish. Eric Dunphy installed two (2) new doors and two (2) Lift Master openers. He completed this job in a very timely and professional manner. He has a great work ethic and we are so glad that he did the installation.

Eric called first then arrived when he said he would. I was impressed with his work ethic; removing 2 old doors then installing 2 new steel doors with openers seemed to be a 2-person job but Eric did it all himself in about 4 1/2 hours from start to finish. He did a great job...he briefed me on how the new system operated and picked up and hauled off all the debris. When he left, the only trace of him was 2 brand new garage doors that worked perfectly!

I first used Precision to replace our failed GDO in 02/2013. The service then was outstanding and a good value. I called on Precision again 05/14 to replace our double garage door. Again, the service was outstanding and a good value. Communication between Precision and myself was excellent, the service tech called ahead and arrived on time, and left us very happy with our new garage door. Would I call on Precision again??? ABSOLUTELY!!!

The service and responsiveness to our initial service call and the accommodation to the urgency of our broken door by Geido was excellent. He also was prepared to provide a safe door until a new door solution could be installed. He expedited the delivery and offered sound counsel. Precision then sent Eric to do the installation, who called in advance and took care of the installation with professionalism and flexibility with our family's schedule. He completed the work in less time than expected and we very very pleased with the value we received for our thee afore double steel 12 moon light double door! It's beautiful! We did. molars with other Garage Door companies are very pleased with our choice.

My installers profile is not on here but his name is Darion. Talk about polite and professional! I cant say enough about this young man as he worked tirelessly and meticulously. I was impressed as you don't see this type of work ethic from very many young men of his age. He arrived mid to late afternoon and stayed until late in the evening until he was finished. He asked if I wanted him to come back on Sunday to finish up and I told him it was entirely up to him. When Darion was finished, there was no trash or debris to be found. He cleaned up everything and loaded out the old materials and hauled them off. I recommend this company to everyone! Too add: Overhead Door quoted me an outrageous price for the same type of door and service.

Precision Door Service has just installed two new doors and motors for us. They are a wonderful, professional company. Eric, bless his heart, arrived at our house in the 16 degree weather and installed everything for us. The high was 31 this day, but he did an excellent job regardless of having frozen fingers and cuts on his hands due to the cold air. Thank you, Eric and Precision Door. What a wonderful company!
