Hi, my name is Fred Griffin. I was born and raised in Chicago along with my 5 sisters. I've been in Georgia for about 20 years. Georgia is special to me because I met my beautiful wife here and had my baby girl. I'm the Warehouse Manager here at Precision Garage Door Services where I strive for perfection and accuracy. I want all our technicians and installers to have a safe and healthy environment by keeping all the supplies needed on a daily basis to ensure the best service to our customers, as a company should. In my spare time I enjoy spoiling my wife and kids. I love to listen to music while grilling out and watching my favorite football team, the Denver Broncos.

Unfortunately our garage door stopped functioning due to multiple parts being damaged. Within 30 minutes of calling Precision, Michael Ottosen (Technician) had come to our house, assessed our garage door damage and created an estimate. After realizing that it would take several weeks for the parts to arrive, Michael took the time to repair the door to best of his ability and make sure that it safely closed. I highly recommend Precision if you seek timely, thoughtful, cost-effective and professional service.
