I contacted Precision on a weekend and was immediately greeted with great customer service over the phone. I had a technician at my home within 2 hours. Jacob quickly identified and diagnosed the problem with my broken garage door and explained my choices. He was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He had my garage door job complete within 20 min of starting and he provided such good customer service throughout the entirety of the time at my home. Although I hope to never need a garage repair again, if I ever have one I will be contacting Precision.

We are a return customer who appreciates great customer service from start to finish. We were able to get an appointment the same day and luckily at the best time. Jack was courteous and knowledgeable about the our issue. He was honest about the the pros and cons of our options. He was very professional and respectful of property when installing the new garage door opening system. So grateful!

I went online to find an garage door opener installer, and Precision is the first one to come up, so I decided to call and get an estimate, the person was so nice and helpful, I decided go with them, 2 days later they came out to put the opener on, the guy was so nice and helpful, he fixed any problems we had, he had my opener put up in no time at all.
